Designation Project Financial Analyst
Identifies trends impacting revenue recognition and profitability (forecast amounts, EUAC vs. Budgeted Units impact, Earned vs. Actual revenues for all URR studies, net pass through review, labour / forecast mismatches, etc.)
Ensures appropriate revenue recognition (SAB104 compliant) is performed
Maintains compliance with respect to SAB104 and Sarbanes-Oxley (i.e., perform monthly audits of contract values, project-to-date revenue, contract status, units completed to date, etc.
Provides analysis and reporting on actual project performance metrics versus budget and forecast and suggesting corrective action to improve efficiency and financial performance
Provides Project Profitability - Revenue Forecasting (Project Level)
Provides Backlog Analysis - Billed, Unbilled/Deferred A/R - Audit Support
Provides project reconciliation and co-ordination of closure
